My Story
I grew up in a small town in Maine on a dairy farm—a place that taught me the value of hard work and community. Life took a big turn when my family became missionaries, and at age 10, we began moving—first to Canada, then Costa Rica, and finally Ecuador, where I graduated high school.
These moves weren’t easy. I had to adapt quickly, learn new languages, and navigate different cultures, often creating stability out of chaos. Those experiences taught me resilience, how to find clarity in the midst of change, and how to create a sense of community no matter where I was.
Today, those lessons shape the way I approach operations and leadership: with adaptability, intention, and a focus on what really matters.
