Meet Amanda McKeen, Founder of Clear View Advantage
Hi there!
I’m Amanda McKeen, the founder of Clear View Advantage. My passion is helping businesses find clarity and structure in their operations, creating environments where teams can thrive and achieve sustainable growth. With over a decade of experience in leadership and consulting, I’m committed to bringing empathy and efficiency to every client relationship.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Clear View Advantage isn’t just a business to me—it’s a calling. I’ve always believed that meaningful work goes beyond hitting targets or streamlining processes; it’s about creating something lasting and impactful for the people at the heart of every organization. I know firsthand the difference that clarity, structure, and empathy can make, not just for a company’s bottom line but for the individuals who show up every day.
When I work with clients, I’m not just looking to solve a problem; I’m helping create an environment where teams feel supported, understood, and empowered to do their best work. There’s something deeply fulfilling about guiding people and businesses to a place where they feel stable, capable, and equipped to grow. Each project is a chance to make a real difference, and I pour my heart and expertise into that mission.
What drives me is knowing that, by building operations that work for people—not just processes—I’m helping to create workplaces where people can thrive and organizations can reach their fullest potential. It’s that combination of practicality and purpose that makes this work so rewarding for me. Clear View Advantage is my way of using the skills I’ve honed over the years to bring clarity, confidence, and genuine support to the businesses and individuals I work with.
My Journey
I grew up in a small town in Maine on a dairy farm, which gave me my first taste of hard work and community. But life took a surprising turn when my parents decided to become missionaries. At age 10, we moved to Canada, then to Costa Rica, and eventually to Ecuador, where I graduated from high school.
Moving from a small town to the bustling capital cities in Costa Rica and Ecuador was a huge change. I had to adapt quickly, learning a new language and navigating completely different cultures. These experiences taught me how to find order in chaos, create structure where it was minimal, and build a sense of safety and community wherever I went. That background shaped the way I approach operations today—I know how to adapt, find clarity, and create stability even in the midst of change.
How I Work
My approach starts with asking questions—lots of them. I believe that the only way to truly understand an issue is to dig deep and get to the heart of what’s really going on. Clients know me as someone who seeks clarity above all else because, once we have that, we can create solutions that actually address the root problem.
Working with me means you’re getting a partner who’s all in, someone who’s as invested in your success as you are. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter answers because every client and every situation is unique. My goal is to create a path forward that fits who you are and where you want to go.
What I Care About
Empathy and Connection: I’ve learned that to really make an impact, you have to understand people at their core. I take the time to get to know each client and their unique challenges because that’s where real solutions begin. Listening isn’t just a part of my work; it’s a commitment to understanding and connecting with people in a meaningful way.
Being Real and Honest: I show up as my true self, with no pretense or fluff. My clients know they’re getting someone who’s upfront and transparent, focused on finding solutions that actually work. I’m here to dig deep and get to the root of issues, not just put a Band-Aid on them.
Adventure and Growth: I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally. For me, learning is what keeps life exciting, and I bring that same curiosity to my work. Every experience—whether it’s a new project or a tough hike—is a chance to push myself and grow.
Life Outside of Work
Nature is where I find peace, especially in the mountains. Hiking gives me the chance to reset, find clarity, and push my limits. I’m always up for a new challenge, and reaching the summit is just as satisfying in life as it is on a trail.
Another important part of my life is volunteering with search and rescue. Being there for people during some of their toughest moments has taught me resilience and quick thinking. I bring that same focus and dedication to my clients, always ready to step in and provide support when it’s needed most.
And then there’s my cat, William Wallace. He’s got a mind of his own, independent and curious. William reminds me daily to enjoy the small things and to stay curious—qualities I try to carry with me in all areas of life.
Looking Forward to Connecting
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me a bit better. My journey has taught me the value of empathy, adaptability, and a good challenge—all things I bring to my work at Clear View Advantage. If you’re looking for a partner who’s committed to helping you and your team thrive, I’d love to connect and see how we can make a real impact together.
